ARCHITECTURAL PROJECTS

Architectural design is one of the main directions in the work of the EMPIRE Group of Companies. Architectural design is carried out in accordance with the requirements of the Initial Permit Documentation, GOSTs and construction SNIPs.

Design work is carried out in stages:

  • Preparation of terms of reference (TOR)

  • Architectural project (AR stage)

  • Structural Solutions (KR stage)

  • Design project

  • Engineering projects

List of works included in the architectural project (AR stage)

  • General explanatory note (GMO) to the project.

  • General data on the project and the design object.

  • Scheme of organization of a land plot with technical and economic indicators of development.

  • Color scheme of facades (3D-visualization).

  • Architectural facades of the object with elevation marks, axial dimensions and description of exterior finishing materials.

  • Architectural floor plans of the object with the explication (composition) of the premises, their areas, and the internal dimensions of the premises.

  • A list of filling window and door openings for the object.

  • Sections of the object (longitudinal and transverse) with geometric dimensions, height marks, and a description of the external and internal structures of the object.

  • Architectural plan of foundations with geometric dimensions and references to axes.

  • The architectural plan of the roof indicating the directions of the slopes, elevations, angles of inclination and their geometric dimensions.

The composition of the design documentation at the stage of constructive solution (stage of CD)

  • Mounting facades with height marks and geometric dimensions.

  • Installation plan of the foundations. Mounting nodes. Reinforcement schemes (or layout of foundation blocks, if the foundation is prefabricated). Specification of basic materials for the installation of foundations.

  • Mounting floor plans. Sheets of window and door openings. Installation instructions.

  • Detailed sections of the object (longitudinal and transverse) with geometric dimensions, height marks, and a description of the external and internal structures of the object. Typical mounting points.

  • Assembly diagrams of monolithic belts. Belt reinforcement schemes. Mounting nodes. Specification of basic materials for the installation of monolithic belts.

  • Assembly diagrams of floors on foundations and on floors. Mounting nodes. Details. Installation instructions. Specification of basic materials for the installation of floors.

  • List of jumpers. Specification of jumper elements. Installation instructions.

  • Mounting diagram of the rafter frame. Mounting nodes. Details. Installation instructions. Specification of the basic materials for the installation of the sub-rafter frame. Installation instructions.

  • Assembly diagram of the truss system. Installation instructions.

  • Mounting cuts on the truss system. Mounting nodes. Specification of the basic materials for the installation of the truss system.

  • Roof plan. Roof pitches. Technical and economic indicators.

  • Mounting sections along the outer and inner walls of the object. Specification of basic materials for the installation of walls and partitions. Installation instructions.

  • Assembly diagrams of ventilation risers and chimneys. Specification of basic materials for the installation of ventilation risers. Installation instructions.

  • Explication of the floors. Specification of basic materials for floors.

  • Development of designs of internal stairs and external porches. Mounting cuts, knots. Specification of basic materials for the installation of stairs and porches.

  • Wall set (Lumber, blocking - for a wooden house. It is carried out in agreement with the Customer). Specification of basic materials for the installation of a log house.

  • Mounting reamers of walls (for a frame house). Specification of basic materials for wall installation.

  • List of finishing of premises (as agreed with the Customer).

  • Sheet of openings filling (as agreed with the Customer).
