AUDIT OF THE DESIGN PROJECT

An interior design project for an apartment or a country house is a complex interconnected set of drawings and sketches developed in the course of design work in accordance with the technical specifications of the customer and the requirements of SNIP.

When ordering a design project from private designers or from small design studios that do not have their own foremen and engineers, you risk getting a low-quality project: lack of all sizes, illegal redevelopment, lack or incorrect location of engineering networks, inconvenient arrangement of furniture and doorways, use of outdated or environmentally non-recommended materials, etc.

Each design project developed in our Company is mandatory checked by the company's engineers, during which the completeness of the project details, the correct location of engineering systems and the technical feasibility of implementing the developed project are determined.

An audit of a design project is necessary if you are not sure about the quality of the completed project, ordered "on the side". During the audit, a number of parameters of the design project are checked:

  • Checking the legality of the completed redevelopment;

  • Checking the legality of the removal of air conditioning and drainage;

  • Checking the presence and correct location of power electrical equipment;

  • Checking the availability and correct location of all engineering networks;

  • Checking the arrangement of furniture and equipment according to the rules of usability and ergonomics;

  • Checking the correctness of sections of floors, ceilings, niches and other design elements;

  • Checking the use of modern environmentally friendly materials for repairs;

  • Checking the remaining quality parameters of the design project (more than 200 in total).

Three employees of the IMPERIA Group of Companies take part in the audit of the design project:

  • The designer checks the availability of all sizes, the convenience of the arrangement of interior elements, furniture, materials used, transitions and joints of various materials, etc.

  • The engineer checks the presence and correct location of all engineering equipment (electrics, plumbing, air conditioning, ventilation, etc.).

  • The foreman checks the availability of all the initial data for the repair and finishing work (dimensions, drawings, plans, statements, etc.).

The result of the audit is a report on several sheets with recommendations for correcting deficiencies.

.The cost of work is calculated individually.
