-for individuals-  scanned copy of the passport (main spread and registration), TIN,  certificate of legal status, bank details for receiving rewards.

2) Information about the resources on which advertising is planned, etc.

 Prior to acceptance by the Contractor, The customer may withdraw the offer at any time.

1. REQUIREMENTS FOR THE CONTRACTOR

​

1.1. Legal entity, individual entrepreneur.

 - местом ведения деятельности которого является территория, на которой может применяться специальный налоговый режим «Налог на профессиональный доход» в соответствии с Федеральным законом № 422-ФЗ от 27.11.2018 «О проведении эксперимента по_cc781905-5cde -3194-bb3b-136bad5cf58d_to establish a special tax regime "Tax on professional income".

1.3. Individuals are not residents of the Russian Federation. 2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

​

2.1. 3. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS FOR THE PROVISION OF SERVICES

​

3.1. The Contractor shall provide marketing services only after prior agreement with the Customer on all conditions (resources used,  sites, social networks,_cc781905-5cde-3194-bbd3b-1accounts 6d3b-1 advertising materials, texts, etc.)

3.2. 3.4. The customer has the right to control the process of rendering services.

3.5. The Customer has the right to refuse the services of the Contractor, in in case of violation by the latter of the terms of the Agreement, or in case of provision of poor-quality services by the Contractor.

3.6. The contractor is an individual, guided by Art. 431.2. of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, provides the Customer with assurances about the following circumstances:

4. COST OF SERVICES AND PROCEDURE OF PAYMENTS

​

Исполнитель - физ.лицо самостоятельно исчисляет сумму налога, подлежащую уплате в бюджет в соответствии с действующим законодательством России о_cc781905- 5cde-3194-bb3b-136bad5cf58d_применении специального налогового режима «Налог на профессиональный доход», самостоятельно производит выплату соответствующего налога в соответствии с действующим законодательством России.

4.4. The Customer is deemed to have fulfilled its obligations under payment for services from the date of debiting funds from of the Customer's settlement account. 4.5. Исполнитель - физ.лицо обязуется в течение рабочего дня, следующего за получением оплаты за услуги, направить в адрес Заказчика чек, формируемый в соответствии с законодательством о применении специального налогового режима «Налог на профессиональный доход». The Contractor undertakes to compensate the Customer for all losses caused in as a result of failure to fulfill its obligation specified in of this clause. The check is sent to Customer's email address.

4.6. The parties do not sign acts, full payment by the Customer for the services of the Contractor confirms that they were provided with high quality and on time.

5. RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE PARTIES

​

5.1. В случаях неисполнения или ненадлежащего исполнения своих обязательств по Договору, Стороны несут ответственность в соответствии с законодательством РФ_cc781905-5cde- 3194-bb3b-136bad5cf58d_с subject to the terms of this Agreement.

5.2. 6. VALIDITY OF THE CONTRACT

​

6.4. 6.5. 6.6. The customer has the right to unilaterally change the terms of the contract by publishing a new version on the Internet on its official website at page https://www.empiretours.online/ofer3, without notifying the Contractor. The Contractor undertakes to independently monitor changes and additions to this agreement published on the Internet. In case of disagreement with the changes, the Contractor has the right to terminate the contract.

7. ADDITIONAL TERMS

​

7.1. The parties have the right to conclude additional agreements and other documents. Associated with conclusion, performance and termination of the Agreement, by exchanging electronic images of documents signed by the parties.

7.2. The Parties recognize the legal force of electronic images of documents, and also legally significant messages sent by the Parties to e-mail addresses. At the same time, the Contractor is obliged to send messages to e-mail addresses specified in this Agreement. The Customer sends messages to addresses, e-mail specified by the Contractor when sending them of the acceptance of the offer.

7.3. In everything else that is not provided by this agreement, the parties are guided by the current legislation of Russia.

7.4. The customer has the right to record telephone conversations with the contractor.

7.5. Contractor undertakes:

- in case of violation of the terms of this agreement, 

- in case of incorrect or disrespectful treatment with representatives/Call-center operators/consultants/partners/customers of the Customer_cc781905-5cde-3194-bb3b and etc.8d5

- in case of violation of confidentiality conditions

- in case of dissemination of false information about the company

- in the case of using personal data of customers for their own purposes or transfer to competitors

- in case of actions that caused the loss of the Customer 

- when committing any other actions that harm the business reputation of the Customer

liquidate the damage caused and pay (at the request of the Customer) compensation (penalty according to Article 330 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation) in the amount of 300,000 rubles.

7.6. The Contractor is responsible for the quality of the services provided, and  the accuracy of the information provided.

7.7. The Contractor - an individual is obliged to notify the Customer of the intention to change the legal status of "self-employed" in 30 working days.

8. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

 

8.1. Contractor give consent to the collection, storage, processing and transfer to third parties (payment services / providers /database operators_cc781905-5cde-3194-bb3b-138bad_5cf5cf5, etc., if such a need arises when fulfilling the terms of this agreement) of their personal data (according to Federal Law No. 152).

8.2. The Contractor is responsible for the misuse of the personal data of the Customer's customers.

9. PRIVACY

​

9.1. Any information relating to the conclusion and execution of this Agreement, including commercial activities, commercial and technical knowledge and solutions, software used, personal data of clients, etc., which became known to the Contractor, is confidential and is not subject to disclosure to third parties .

9.2. The Contractor undertakes by no means to disclose (to make available to any third parties, except when third parties have the appropriate authority by virtue of a direct indication of the law) the confidential information of the Customer, to which he received access when concluding this Agreement and in the course of fulfilling obligations arising from from the Agreement. 

9.3. The Contractor must ensure confidentiality on the part of its employees, or other persons involved by it in connection with the conclusion and execution of this Agreement, and is responsible for their confidentiality in relation to the information received.   

9.4. The Contractor's confidentiality obligations (clause 9.1. -9.3.) are fulfilled within the term of this Agreement and within ten years after its termination._cc781905-5cde-3194 bb3b-136bad5cf58d_

9.5. In case of violation of the terms of this Agreement, the Contractor undertakes to reimburse the Customer v in full for losses caused by violation of confidentiality.
