The return is carried out at the request of the Buyer on the basis of the General Rules governing the activities of online stores (remote trading ") established by Article 26.1. of the Law of the Russian Federation "On Protection of Consumer Rights" within 7 days from the date of receipt of the goods.

Non-returnable garments and knitwear, the normal use of which does not involve the presence of other clothing between them and the body, including swimwear, underwear, hosiery, etc. (in accordance with paragraph 5 of the List of non-food products of good quality that are not subject to return or exchange for similar goods of other sizes, shapes, dimensions, styles, colors or configurations, approved by Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of January 19, 1998 N 55).

Return and exchange of underwear: in accordance with the Law "On the Protection of Consumer Rights" and Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 55 of 19.01.1998, underwear (sewn and knitted underwear, hosiery) cannot be exchanged or returned.

Return of goods is possible only if the buyer meets the following conditions:

• Preservation of the original appearance of the goods.

• The product should not have been used.

• All tags and labels must be retained on the product.

• Preservation of consumer properties of the goods, no traces of damage during fitting.

• It is obligatory to have documents confirming the fact of purchase of the goods (such a document can be a cash receipt, waybill)

 

You can return the item within 7 days of purchase. To do this, contact us, inform us of your decision, clarify the procedure and request a return application form.

Remember that the item can only be accepted if it is sent back unused and in the original packaging.

Items supplied as a set must also be returned as a set.

Returns are accepted for goods purchased only in the "Empire of Style" and only from the individual who made the initial order.

The cost for the returned item will be sent to you by bank transfer.

The return must be accompanied by a completed and attached to the returned item application for return.
